Signal/reception interference

Hi

I currently have multiroom with 1 tevo box and one v+ box. The signal/ reception on the tevo box is perfect however the v+ is horrendous. I've been living with this for months now and its getting to the point that's its unwatchable. The interference gradually gets worse after about 15mins. I'm fairly certain its the box itself. Any suggestions or does an engineer need to visit?

Unfortunately all is still not well and we still appear to be having problems. I have a couple of long weekends away coming up so once back i will arrange with you to have an engineer come around.

I've had a new box installed due to the problem discussed previously. I'm currently experiencing what appears to be slow fibre speeds and instability. Can you do a check and see what comes back please?

I've run a check on your equipment and the signal levels are looking OK and there are no open network issues.

 

Is this affecting your TV, Broadband or both?

I can see that the TiVo® hasn't been rebooted for 13 days. Try switching it off at the mains for a few minutes, then switching it back on.
