Sick to the back teeth

Once again our viewing catch up TV last night was ruined, and once again the same time 8 o'clock

The dreaded "Wait a moment" displayed, but how long my moment is, is obviously different from Virginmedias moment (All Evening)

Its no good sending signals down, to check the V (HD) box you have done that and knocked my internet off too !!!!!

The problem is at your end not mine.

I think I deserve a rebate as I am not getting what I pay for.

As I said before I pay for On demand catch up TV not on Intermittently !

Sort it Virginmedia.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting problems using On Demand.  I know how annoying this can be so I will get this checked out for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is a signal fault that needs fixing.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round and sort this for you.  I will pop all the details in a private message, look for the purple envelope icon above.

Thank you Collette, the engineer came  to sort the problem out, in fact he had a training chap too.

Both were very polite and explained things as they were sorting the problem.

Time will tell if everything has been sorted but I am feeling confidant Smiley Happy
