Set up message on screen for hours

My TV has stopped working.

Message 'set up being finalised' on screen for 2,hours.... Requested no changes and a bit lost!!!

First port of call reboot your box switch off at the main unplug and leave for 30 seconds plug back in switch back on power. If that fails call 150 from your VM landline choose option for TV problem
