Set-top Box Update stuck on screen

Hi,

Switched on our box and have got a message that there is an update which will take 'a few minutes', however the status bar has been increasing but never completing and restarting on Stage 1 of 3 for about 20 minutes.

Is there anything I can do?

I ended up calling 150 to get help. Took me forever to get through the 'press this...press that..' stage, but when I got through to the update team they sent a signal and it updated within 10minutes Smiley Happy

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing this issue with your TiVo®. I'm really glad to hear that you have since managed to get this resolved. Apologies again.

I've just run some testing on your TiVo® and can see that it is now showing a channel, apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
