Second receiver card not valid

Hello my second Virgin receiver is giving me card is not valid.What to do.Thanks

You have likely had the box turned off for an extended period.

This causes the box to be de-activated from the Virgin Media network.

You can wait here and a member of the forum team will re-activate it for you but this may take a few days.

If you require more like regent actio, you should call 150 and report your TV fault.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting a smart card error.  I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today.  

I have taken a look at your box remotely and all is looking great from here.  Smart Card status is showing fine.  If you're still having any errors or missing channels, let me know and I can help further.
