I have recently moved and in my old house I had a second box in the bedroom. When I've had virgin installed in my new place the second box wasn't installed so now I have a box doing nothing, which I believe I'm still paying for. What are my options

I'm sorry to hear that you've not had the second box installed yet. Checking the account I can confirm there is a second box on the account. We need to book an appointment to get this installed for you.
