So it's been almost 12 hours since I was able to use my TV and broadband and after many phone calls with mixed information I am no closer to knowing if this so called area problem is going to be fixed. You are so quick to cut off the service's but not so fixing your own problem. Your phone staff are rude and not even a sorry for the problem or even a gesture of compensation and just push me off with "I've booked a technician for monday" what do I do till then? Order sky???

I am sorry that the outage had affected you, this isn't the best. I have been able to locate your account, TV and broadband services and I can see that these are online now, how are things looking in the home? If you do need any further help then please let me know
