Samsung V box resetting

Had an issue for a while but never able to get support on the phone.
My v+ HD box resets after about 10 minutes of viewing. It's our second box (main one it TIVO) but frustrating as unable to use it now and has remained unplugged.
Any tips for things to try? Or perform software reset?

You are renting the box. If it is faulty it is replaced, & this is part of the service you pay for, so why mess around. Call faults & problems can usually be diagnosed while you are on the phone & an engineer will be sent out to replace the box if necessary.

If you still have problems getting through on the phone (8am weekdays is the best time) the Forum Team should reply to this post in a while.

I can plug it in and leave it on if that help. What should I look for? Does it need to be connected to router as well?

The box just needs leaving in standby.

V+HD ethernet sockets are not used, as they are not internet connectable.
