My Samsung V+ box cuts out after about 2-3 mins, no signal to tv. The box stays on but cant do anything with it as its frozen. I turn it off leave for about 10mins restart it and it does the same again. This has been happening for the last 2days. Any help would be appreciated

I would love to help and have been into the TV services, The V+ boxes are looking healthy however there are some concerning issues on the broadband that would need some attention. I would like to offer an engineer to come out and have this looked into and give the TV services a once over in the process.
