Samsung V+ HD box issues

Hi, last night my V+ HD box popped up with a message to say "your v+ subscription has been de activated, press ok to restart your box".
There were no other options and once re started it said "your v+ subscription is activating". Since then it has not worked. The image keeps freezing every couple of seconds including navigating through menus. There is no longer any sound. Even recorded programs are the same.
I have rebooted the box numerous times but it stays the same. Please help.
