I have only just been set up with all the kit. We have TiVo in our main room and this faulty V+ Box in a second room.
Over the last couple of days it has stopped working and persistently scrolls through Ld: error messages after we switch off the power, leave for 20 secs then power up again.
Please advise what we should do with it because at the moment our switch from Sky to Virgin isn't as problem free as we would have hoped.
Give faults a ring as the V+HD boxes are all refurbs, & some of them can have issues. If customer services cant get it working it will be swapped for another.
