So we have two boxes. The one in iur lounge is fine however the one in the bedroom is displaying an error message of rp52 or ap52. I cannot currently access any of my virgin service on this box. Any help?
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your VHD box.
If you're still getting the error AP52 after testing the cables and rebooting, we'll need to get a technician to take a look at it for you. I've sent a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
