Rp52/ap52 error message showing

So we have two boxes. The one in iur lounge is fine however the one in the bedroom is displaying an error message of rp52 or ap52. I cannot currently access any of my virgin service on this box. Any help?

No signal received to box ....

a) Check all cables to/from box and from wall are firmly connected ....

Hello thank you for the response.

I have checked all cables away connected correctly and nothing is still working

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your VHD box.
