I'm trying to disconnect my Tivo box so I can return it to Virgin. The issue is that when I disconnect it, I lose my broadband connection. I also seem to have misplaced the terminator cap, is there anywhere I can get a replacement and how important is it that I have one ?
I'm a retiree and have just spent the better part of two hours crawling around my lounge floor connecting and disconnecting cables so any help would be really appreciated.
Hi I would suggest you phone 150 from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the TV faults route, as you are keeping broadband they should send an engineer to resolve your problem, while he is there he may be willing to take your TiVo.Regards Micky
