Return kit

Recently moved to a new area. Told to take all equipment with me. Had new equipment supplied by engineer at new place, but he wouldnt take the old stuff away.

Due to absolute fiasco with virgin, who couldnt even supply a landline, and lied through their teeth about costs, I have cancelled new contract. 

Have received packaging to return the new equipment, but not the box & hub I had to bring with me, despite customer relations saying they would send 2 return packing kits.

I dont want the old kit littering up the place, as it will NEVER be needed again (Hell will freeze over before I ever have virgin again).

How do I get rid of it?

I appreciate you taking the time to pop by and let us know about the returns pack that you need. My apologies the second pack had not been sent to you as requested at the time of your post to us here on Friday.

I have checked the account for you and seen that packaging was requested for you on the 9th and the 12th of this month.

Please keep me posted on here if you have not received either of these by the middle of next week and I can then escalate this to the recovery team on your behalf.
