Restarting tv box, again

We got a brand new virgin tv box to replace the old one which kept restarting. You'll never guess what the new one started doing after approx 2 weeks. Yup, it's been rebooting every 20 minutes

Was this an engineer visit or a self install replacement? as signal issues can cause rebooting issues. There is also no way of telling if you actually have a new box. There are a lot of refurb TiVO's about, & if it is a V+HD it will definately be a refurb box.

It was an engineer install of a v box not TiVo. He tuned the signal. I guess it's another duff box then. Fantastic
