Restarting V TV box

Virgin tv box restarts about every 10-20 minutes. Tried calling three times, on hold for ages then they just hang up. Very very annoying. It's been doing this for a week now. We pay a fortune for this service. Been with virgin 10 years, thinking Sky

If you are prepared to hang on for a day or so, the Forum Team here can book engineer visits. Constantly restarting boxes can be the result of signal levels requiring adjustment.
