Replacement upstairs TV box

Hi, I have just received a new Samsung tv box for the bedroom as the old one stopped working for some reason I have tried to set this new one up today but it says smartcard is invalid and i've rang the activation number and waited but nothing and the help settings on the tv box says unavailiable.I can't see a new smartcard in the box.TIA Nicki

If the new box is not a TiVO, then the card from the old box goes into the new one (TiVO boxes no longer require a viewing card). If you have rung the activation number then the new box should work.
