How do I get a replacement card for Samsung V Box

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V box.

 

What happened to the smartcard? Has it stopped working (error on screen) or is it lost/ damaged?

 

If it's stopped working we can send a technician to fix or replace it. If it's been lost or damaged then we'll need to send out a chargeable replacement.

Thank you for your reply back and letting us know.

 

I know that you have already been asked about the error, can you tell me what the error message was you were looking at? If it's an older version where the card is visible, are you able to take it out, give it a wipe and place the card back in firmly?

Hi

 

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Card comes up with error message cant remember what it is but I cure this by taking the card out and cleaning it and this seems to work.

 

But now we have lost a number of TV on demand channels is the V Box on its way out?
