Replacement Remote control

I need to replace a faulty remote control. Virgin suggest I phone 150. Have gone through whole menu but with no success. Which option(s) do I need to press?? It's been a frustrating half hour! Hope someone can help. Many thanks to those who can.

Follow the options for fault, then fault for your TV service. This is option 1 to say it's about your cable services, option 2 and then option 2 again.

Hi BenMcr. Tried your suggestion a couple of times and eventually got through a nice guy in India!  Remote control booked,  del 3 - 5 days. Hopefully it will arrive as promised. Thanks for you help. However what should have been a simple, quick thing to do was rather time consuming and frustrating. As this was my first experience with Virgin I found it a bit off putting. Thanks again.
