Could anyone advise me on how to obtain a replacement for my faulty TV+ remote control.
I have tried to using the 150 "help" line, but this is useless for getting through to a human being!
Any ideas please.

I'm sorry to learn you need a replacement remote, these things can happen
I would suggest holding on the line after popping in your account info, also when prompted, a fault with your TV would be the best route.
