Removing Virgin equipment?

Hi,

I'm a landlord (and have been for a total of 2 weeks). My tenants have asked if they can have Virgin Cable installed. They'll be living there for one year, after which I'll be returning, and I won't want the Virgin cabling and box any more. I'm curious about how it will be left once they move out and cancel their service. Will Virgin collect their equipment? Will there be permanent fixtures/sockets in the walls or would Virgin remove those?

Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place.

Re: Removing Virgin equipment?

I assume all VM fixtures could be removed but I think you would find there would be a charge for removing all interior/exterior installations.http://store.virginmedia.com/the-legal-stuff/terms-and-conditions-for-fibre-optic-services.html

Check here and see faint that you would have to call them
