My remote is not working properly (certain buttons not working or working intermittantly), all I want to do is speak to a human being in order to try to obtain a new one. How do I do this?!!!

To speak to someone about this you can ring 151 (free) from a Virgin Landline or Mobile. or 0345 454 1111 (lo call rate) from any other line.
Alternatively you can wait for a forum Team member to respond on here, although it can take a few days.
This may seem a silly question, but have you tried new batteries?
