Our 3 month old remote control has stopped working. We have changed the batteries to no avail. Tried calling to speak to someone but this is not an option and there are no human beings around
You need to call in and go with the faults option, report a TV fault. It may prompt for an automatic test to be done. Let it do it, then you'll either be put on hold to speak to an agent or be asked to call in again 10 minutes later (using the same fault report option.) Either way, once you're through to an agent, ask for a replacement to be sent out.
