Thanks for dropping in to le the Community know about the TV services.
I've been trying to check that the services are running well but have been unable to. Can you please tell me if this is on the TiVo or any other boxes you may have in the home?
Also I've been looking into any other service and have found and SNR issue with the broadband.
I'd like to get this looked at by an engineer who will be able to look at the TV services at the same time.
