Every time i try to put on demand on I get this error message, I've tried standby and off then switch back on but nothing seems to work!!! Help please

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with On Demand, I'll do my best to have you up and running as soon as possible.


I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're not seeing an overall problem with the signal coming into your home at the moment, are you experiencing this issue on more than one set top box?
