I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on your box right now. I'll be happy to help out here.
Can you please let me know if the card in the box is inserted correctly? If you remove the card and blow away any possible dust/dirt and re-insert with the golden chip facing the floor. Give the box a reboot to refresh things and hopefully the error should clear.
