Ref 1004. Card not inserted correctly.

Hi, I've had my second box switched off for a while and I'm now getting the above error. Can anyone help?

Clean the chip on the card, make sure there's no dust in the slot and nothing blocking the box's ventilation.

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your second box has been coming up wtih this error, it's normally caused by the box being powered off for some time. 

 

I've done some checks from my end, and all seems to be back up and running for you now, if this is not the case, please let me know so I can look into things further for you.

I am having the same issue with my box. We had it installed in August and had the problem then but, as we have not needed to use it until now so we never reported it. Please can a test be run on our box?
