Every time I press the red button the screen with 'Please check your internet connection' comes up, broadband is fine, the cables into the back of the TiVo box are power, hdmi and white cable to b/band box, not sure why it's like this as Netflix works, any ideas? Thanks

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're detecting some problems with your service and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look.
