Red button not working

My phone line ain't working, got to wait well over a month for engineer and now my red button is not working on my remote only went on to virgin about another ago wished I had not bothered! And can not ring them because my phone isn't working.

You can use the Contact Us page to request a replacement remote, ensure you access the page with a desktop or laptop device and in the correct staffing hours (9AM to 5PM for for faults options): http://www.virginmedia.com/contact/ -> TV -> Help with my remote control -> Chat Online. All agents busy? Tap that page refresh/page reload every three minutes and check again. Or, leave the page open until a usable chat prompt shows on screen.

Oh and I should add, as you have a VM landline you can make use of VM's amazing smartcall app. What is smartcall? It is an app for Android and IOS smartphones that allows you make phone calls out like you were calling from your landline (your landline number would be seen as the calling number.) 150 is also callable through the app. You just need to a WiFi connection and an Android/IOS smartphone and you're ready to go.
