Hi My Planner shows that it is recording shows bt then I try to access them in My Recordings they show 0 minutes and do not play.
Some show - 'error due to overlap' and some show 'did not record due to system error'
Does anyone have a quick fix or does it require a replacement box. I haven't tried a hard reset yet but do not want to lose my existing recordings. (aside - I presume a hard reset wipes your hard drive?)
