Reached limit divices going on for months and months

Hello

Now I'm getting very very fed up of virgin .

I am paying £168.00 a month for what. every time I try to watch a movie there's something wrong.

reached the limit of your devices.  or cannot register your device till next month

a wait and try again but always something wrong.

to day I registered my device and started to watch a film.

Just after it started up it comes again you need to register your device or you have reach your limit.

just what do I have to do to watch a film.

this going on now for about 6 months

and I'm fed up of it.

Really thinking of going with BT or another supplier.

£168 IS A LOT OF MONEY A MONTH AND IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

And can never find where to delete divices

Many thanks for you message, I'm very sorry to read that the TV Anywhere app has been playing up, this is never good, especially when you're trying to watch your favourite shows. I would like to help and know a little more about the devices you're using this on and whether you're seeing this on the PC or Mac? If you would like to remove the device and re add it I can help and have refreshed your allowances.

I deleted my Device still got to wait till January?

just what have you refreshed

This is really  not good  for the money I'm paying.

£1600 + a year,

We are thinking of ending our Virgin media contract as its really not what it says on the tin.

Thanks for what your trying to do. but it did not work

Thanks for coming back to us here. I'm really sorry to hear that nothing has changed. Smiley Sad

 

Checking the account I can see there are no devices registered for use with the TV Anywhere app so it will be easy to start from the beginning. I have added a device change for you. 

 

Pick either the laptop or the PC and go to anywhere.virginmedia.com using either Firefox or Internet Explorer. Log in and then try to stream Channel 4 and this should then prompt you to register the device.

 

Follow the prompts on the screen and this will register the device for you and streaming will then commence Smiley Happy

 

Let me know once this is done so we can look at adding the 2nd device.
