I have been able to locate your account and run a couple of checks and the signals look okay this side so can I just confirm if all the cables are secure behind the Virgin box? This can cause break up with the picture but if everything's fine what I would like to do next is to send one of the team out to check everything over.
Cables all seem to be fine - when the engineer comes will he also be able to check why navigating the Tivo box is so slower than my old Sky box and why trying to use 'on demand' brings up an error message ?
And another solution to speed things up is by going to -
Home-Thumbs down - Thumbs up - Play - Play.
This will clear the cache of the box and help with the performance.
I'll also need to book a technician to check why your having issues with the picture so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
