Programs not recording due no signal

I am having problems with our recordings on our tivo box.
It us failing to record some programs as one offs or series link.
When I check the hiccups section it says no signal.
We can be watching something at the same time so I know there is a signal.

Then its likely one of the three tuners is faulty.

Box us just new.
Only been with virgin for 2 months

Failures do happen. Its a rented box anyway. There is no way of telling if its a new box or a refurb, but as fault callouts & replacements are free, there should be no problem.

I'm sorry to hear that some of your recordings aren't working for you.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine signal wise and the hard drive status is great also.  How are things looking today?

Hi collette

I am receiving the same problem with my tivo box... i set a program to record when i come to watch it the next day it hasnt recorded because of "no signal"
I have tried changing my power saving settings etc but this hasn't helped...

Extremely dissapointed as ive missed 4 live events i wanted to watch
