Having big issues with both Virgin tivo box and HD box. Regularly taking up to 10mins to get working if at all. Sometimes it flickers to life and shows us a purple or green screen and repeatedly shows starting up message. Occasionally then turns on...but sometimes won't turn on at all. We have had the tivo box replaced twice now but still doing the same thing. Also had problems with recordings stopping half way through! Surely paying so much for this service means we should be able to watch TV when we want! Please help!
