sorry not in your area , I am in London and we have had no TV in our area since this afternoon about 4pm the TiVo box rebooted and is in continual starting up mode , I wonder if it wasn't an update with an issue that has crashed the boxes on our area

I'm very sorry that the services have been down after that time, I hope that in the meantime it's come back on.
I've been running some tests as to find the root cause and this looks like there's a downstream power level issue occurring on the TV service in the home. With this being the fault, it can sometimes cause a multitude of effects and I would like to arrange an engineer to come out and take a look for you.
