Can someone explain why loyal customers are not being offered the same year price reduction as new customers are. The VIP offer of 85 pounds a month for one year is £40 cheaper than what I currently pay. I would appreciate a response about this.
it's called dangling the carrot. sky do it too. get new customers in. their prices will of course go up but at a faster rate than of new customers subsequently joining. that's the way it is. car insurers do it as do electric and gas companies. there is nothing you can do except vote with your feet. but of course if you go to sky the same thing will eventually happen there and so on.
