had a power outage now virgin box stuck on starting up restarted box several times still stuck on starting up

I've tried running diagnostics on your equipment but I can't seem to get a reading from the box. Are you still experiencing issues with this?

Hi Yeah just stuck on starting up rebooted and switched off about 25+times may be the box itself
