I've been having problems with access to hd channels in two of my rooms for a few weeks. This still hasn't been resolved and I can't seem to get anyone to come at look at this at a time I can be in which is Saturday to Tuesday. I have had call backs promised that haven't happened, phone put down etc and seem to be banging my head against the wall. I don't even know if I have an appointment for an engineer booked. Can someone please sort this out ASAP. I experienced similar problems for a long period about a year ago which was ultimately down to signal strength.I am paying for a service that I am not receiving AGAIN.
