I have been with virgin for years my bills keep going up and up.
Some of my HD channels (fox) are very poor reception to un-wachable, Netflix also drops out frequently getting paused at 25% (its doesn't play for more than 4 minuets without dropping out now)
Engineers have been out several times to "fix" the problem but the poor HD reception continues.
I just can't bring myself to call customer support or billing support due to the language barriers of the off shore call centres.
I would rather not go to another company but the difficulty in contacting Virgin is making the decision for me.
Can someone please help with these matters
