Poor picture on non had chanels

ive read some of the other posts about poor picture, it appears that virgin can check set up remotely, how's this done?

you can do it yourself through tv care it's in the help option when you go into the menu on your box or you can phone virgin on 150 they remotely access your box and can see if there are any issues.  Finally you can go on line and check from there when you get to the tv status page.

Thanks for your reply and popping over the account details.

I have taken a look at this for you and all is looking great signal wise when I look at your box remotely.  Can you tell me more about exactly what's happening poor picture wise?  

* Is this affecting all SD channels?

* Have you tried a different lead that connects your TiVo® to your TV set?

* How would you describe the picture on SD channels?
