Play back of recordings picture pixalated, cannot hear sound HELP!

Hi all, already spent some time on the phone to Virgin two weeks ago waiting for resolve and nothing to date. Playback of recording ten minutes in picture pixelated, sound broken up, then every ten/twenty minutes after the same.

Have switched off box, restarted all to no avail.

Sounds like your suffering from a well-known bug (that is well-known to posters on these forums but seemingly unknown to VM Forum staff).

Oh dear, thanks for the link you provided. My problem started about Sept 2016 and become gradually worse.

Doesn't look as if VM have this sorted, I will call sky on Saturday about the packages they offer and will transfer to them.
