Pl48 fault😩

Hi, I have the pl48 fault like many others in the forum. I have tried rebooting while holding the down button, which had no effect. I have also tried the disconnecting the cables one and the holding the power button until the word stop appears and then holding the down button until the ld14 appears. That did nothing either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This needs technical investigation. Failure at PL:48 is "no upstream lock", which means your box cannot talk to Virgins servers on the network. These signal issues usually require a tech visit to check the wiring/splitters, &/or making adjustments at the street cabinet.
