Pixellation/Stuttering

We're experiencing quite bad pixellation/lines/stuttering on most channels and on demand progs since yesterday....is there an issue in our area?

In fact it's so bad the tv is now unwatchable. It's happening on both tivo boxes.... with error code (W02) I think....the screen keeps going black!

Having Googled the error code W02 it would seem it's a network fault.  I'm not able to telephone as at work, so would like to report this fault - is here OK to do that or is there a better way to report a fault?  Thank you

It's quickest to phone lines are open quite late so best when you get home, in fact the later calls seem to handled in this country which is much better, it's possible someone from Virgin my reply on here but may take some time. Regards Micky

Rang Wed, but fortunately the fault had already been reported and an engineer was on site fixing it.  All back working properly later that evening :-)
