Pixellation On Gold Channels

For the past two days I have been unable to watch the Gold channels due to pixellation, tried the usual things like re-booting but nothing works.

The Engineer called and sorted the fault, RF frequencies were out, and he changed a couple of switches.

I'm sorry for the pixelated disruption you're getting on the Gold channels.  I will be happy to have a look at this for you.

I have checked your box remotely and all is looking fine signal wise at the moment.  How are things looking today?  If you're still getting pixelation on the channels then let me know.

the blues brother hi there gold channel isnt good at times it sometimes does go very dark in colour and very unwatchable the colour does fade and the pixelation might happen its never a good channel to watch i must agree sometimes its very good and other times very week and poor

Nothing has changed the pixellation especially on channel 126 is totally unwatchable.
