Pixelation

Having issues especially on HD channels

Hi sounds like a signal level problem, if you phone and go down the TV faults route they can test it while you are on the phone and test levels while you are on the phone and if necessary arrange for a engineer to call.Regards Micky

Is there a way I can turn it on through the app as at work?
Also, I have a problem with the sound at present. It starts quiet and then goes up

I have used the app to record a program for now,so hopefully it's turned on for you

Yes the box is showing online now thank you.

 

All the signals are looking healthy so I'd just like to check what channels are experiencing pixelation?

 

I can see that you mention the sound increases, does this happen on every channel?

 

Does this only happen when V6 is switched on and have you tested with a separate HDMI cable?

It seems to be on HD

Sound is when changing channels on the V6
