Pin number

Today when trying to watch a program on catch up it required a pin.

The usual pin screen came up but had the first pin square already highlighted.

No way can we get rid of it to key in the correct numbers.

I have Rebooted time and time again nothing.

I have taken viginmedia card out the back and reinserted nothing.

I have tried to reset pin but again it wont let me with the first square already highlighted.

Locked channels wont let me do anything for the same reason as above.

I am on "L" package and its a V HD box

Please forum team help, and please keep it simple as I have stressed out even going into settings on the TV !!!!!!

Thanks for the update and I'm pleased it's working ok now for you.

The update I sent shouldn't have affected the service in that way so I hope it didn't disrupt the service too much for you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble entering the pin number right now.  I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and all looks fine at the moment.

I have sent a signal to the box for you so if you can reboot once more and let me know if this has helped your end?

Thank you, I wondered why my internet and TV went down for a couple of minutes.

Well we rebooted as you requested and the first number is still showing as highlighted BUT we found out to just ignore and key in our password and it works Smiley Happy so everything is ok really.
