On my recordings the playback freezes and re starts the box is only 6 months old and I've tried re booting, I've just taken half hour off work to come home and sort just to be cut off by customer services, helppppppo
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with recorded playback of your programmes. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I can see that with 1 of your TiVo® boxes there are some errors with the hard drive that will be causing this issue. This will need an engineer to call round and fix for you. I will send you a private message with further details, look for the envelope icon above.
