Pause button not working

Hiya had my Virgin media for just over a week now, this afternoon we've found that when we pause our live tv, it'll pause for about 6 seconds and start playing by itself, defeats the idea of pausing the tv. Any reason why it would start doing this? Thanks

Hello VMuser90,

 

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your TiVo®.

 

The TiVo® should pause for at least an hour on live TV so there definitely seems to be an issue with it only being able to pause for 6 seconds.

 

Have you tried to reboot the box and are you still having the same issue now?

 

Could be a possible hard drive issue and we may need to do a clear and delete if this is the case.
