Paid for movie last night.

No sound available. Tried to get through to Virgin, eventually managed to speak to customer advisor who said I had to wait 48 hrs????   Tried to contact them again this morning but gave up after 15 minutes on hold.  No point in buying movies if you can't hear anything!  Can anyone advise ?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you had no sound on your movie.


I've managed to locate your account and can see you've spoken to us since the post and the matter has been resolved. I hope the sound issue was just a one off.


The reason they asked you to wait 48 hours was because not enough time had elapsed between purchasing the movie and contacting us.
If you need any further help please just ask.
