Package

Can someone please tell me what the cancellation policy is for sky movies and sky sports. I had a package which gave me special offer for these channels which was to run out 7th March. I was told when we got this offer I had to phone on 6th February and give a months notice if I did not want to continue after 7th March I did that and instead of everything going off on 7th March it went off today. So have had to phone up to get this sorted out again. So what is the policy on downgrading

Sorry to learn about the inconvenience you've experienced recently, you can upgrade and downgrade on a pro rata basis so you shouldn't need to wait for a certain time to action that.

 

I'm sorry again for the inconvenience this has caused, we'd love to hear how you get on.
